EXCELLENT Service! Top notch response time and follow-up communication on scheduling & scope of work was fantastic! Timely arrival of the crew. Just when you think it can’t get any better, the cleanup crew sweeps in and leaves perfection - not only in the areas under the trimmed orange tree & wall of huge Laurel trees but also my sidewalk & yard that they hauled everything through looks better than it did before they got here! STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Any concern a homeowner has about workers coming onto their property - you can rest easy - this team hit it outta the park for us today! Andy’s Tree Service has been my go-to company for tree work for several years now. They offer competitive pricing. They arrive promptly, and the crew is very friendly and accommodating. They can take care of any job regardless of size. They have removed some large trees that had safety concerns. And they have done nice pruning on trees to maintain their shape - as evidenced by this California pepper tree in the photo. They have an experienced climber, and a great ground crew. They have done some major pruning in precarious areas and worked around obstacles. I’ve never had anything damaged underneath. They do a nice job with the cleanup - you could hardly tell they’ve been there. I would highly recommend that you consider Andy’s Tree Service for your tree care needs ~ Charles F

When our very large Coral tree very unexpectedly split in half and came crashing down over the Memorial Day weekend, we called Andy's Tree Service. Andy was at our house shortly, even though it was a holiday. We had hoped that the half of the tree still standing could be saved. We found Andy to be very knowledgeable and were satisfied that the tree needed to be removed. Andy was able to fit us in the schedule quickly. He kept us informed on the schedule in the days leading up to the appointment. The tree was removed by Andy's crew quickly and efficiently. This tree had a very large stump in the ground. We recently bought a home with a huge, overgrown coral tree. The branches were hitting our roof and hadn't been trimmed in years. Instead of chopping it back so the branches didn't look natural, Andy's AMAZING crew spent the day trimming the tree hauling away half of the tree. They also cut down a messy, ugly tree which allowed for a lot more sunshine to come into our back patio. The crew was extremely COMPETENT and cared about me, their customer, as well as the work they did for us. Loved them. The result exceeded our expectations. Andy is awesome. He answered the phone first try. He came to our house to appraise the work and provide a quote...which he did. On the spot. His estimate was verrry fair. We agreed on the price and he told us he would fit us in the very next week. Which he did. The work his crew did was exceptional. They arrived on time. Completed the agreed upon work in less than a day. The crew was awesome. They did what they said they’d do, cleaned up every branch. They were polite, friendly, professional and verrry good at their jobs. Oh...and they worked around existing plants and landscaping without damaging or bruising anything. Called Andy's Tree service on Monday morning and spoke to Andy. He said he would stop by at noon for a quote to remove a dying jacaranda tree. He came as promised. Gave me a reasonable qote. We agreed on a price. He said his crew would be back the following morning at 7:00 am. The crew came as promised. By 10 am the tree was down. The limbs were shredded. A few hours later the stump grinder came. An hour after that, the tree and stump were removed as were all the leaves and any flying chips. They cleaned up after the work and left. Excellent service, promises kept and left the job site clean. ~ George J

Found Andy on Yelp. I didn't know him from Adam but his reviews were all 5 Stars so I felt good about hiring him. I had a huge nasty Pepper Tree that was growing in two directions from the base. Only half the tree shown in the pic. It literally was on the corner of three properties so I had two other neighbors involved. One good neighbor and one bad one. Andy handled this sensitive job like a pro. Andy and his crew left the job spotless. I didn't want to give the bad neighbor anything to cry about and told Andy that in advance. We recently relocated to North County San Diego area. Our property has a variety of palm trees that were in need of trimming and detail work around the base, leaves, top, etc. Andy responded quickly with return phone calls, consultation and a team of experts to get the job done in a timely manner. The skill of the team members working was evident by the beautiful palm trees that were revealed. I received estimates from 6 businesses. Andy's estimate was the lowest and they have insurance that was one of my concerns since this can be a dangerous task. They removed 7 very large pine trees for me. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and the only evidence of their presence was the missing trees. Andy is a very straight forward businessman which I appreciated. He responded to all my questions right away. I even got complements for them from my neighbors who were impressed with their skills and clean up. I found Andy’s Tree Service last year. We had 6 pepper trees pruned that were in the back of our lot. Now this week we had Andy’s team back to remove 5 Tipuana trees in the front of our house. We have a lot of under planting below the trees. I was a little concerned due to the size of the trees about the damage to our other plants. They did an Excellent job lowering all branches and trunk down by a rope system and the help of the ground crew.They cleaned up after all the work was done. We've had Andy and his crews out a couple of times over the past few years. He is good about getting back to my texts and we have something set up in a timely fashion. He and his crew are friendly and polite, they are very safety conscious and conscientious about cleaning up after they have the job completed Most of the trees that we had removed were 40ish yrs old - and BIG, with our house very nearby. They dropped the trees with skill and an amazing amount of precision- pretty impressive! Andy has very fair pricing, they do a good job and we would happily( and do) recommend their services. ~ Diane H

We had three 30-foot pine trees to remove. One had already fallen, another was getting ready to topple, and the third looked healthy, but was on our property line and threatening our neighbor’s garage. We called four different companies for estimates. Andy impressed us with his knowledge and his estimate was fair and broken down into sections as we requested. He and his crew arrived on time on the date he scheduled and spent only one day completely removing all three trees. Our gate and its motor to open it was NOT crushed as feared even though the biggest tree was looming over it. Our fence and neighbor’s garage were NOT damaged in any way. They chopped and hauled away all the parts of the trees and cleaned up ALL the debris, including blowing the sawdust and pine needles off our driveway. I called Andy’s Tree Service and got a decent bid after the company drove by my place. He was prompt and got back to me right away. He came out two days later, on time, with a crew and they cut down two palms that were damaging my drains. I asked him to do more work while they were here and they obliged. One fella even helped me cut some American cactus pups and threw them away for me. Another offered to clean my windows of debris.They were all courteous and kind and left my home looking nice. Andy's Tree Service Difficult job removing very large tree close to structures. Removal process was done with expertise. Workers were respectful. The price was great. Andy and his crew arrived on time, did exactly what was promised, didn't ask to be paid until work was completed (including cleanup) and helped to arrange removal of an extra woodpile. This is the second time I’ve had Andy and his crew trim my ash and olive trees. And as before, the work was beautifully done, the cleanup was wonderful, the crew was very efficient, and the price was excellent. We had 3 large palm trees in our yard that needed to be removed. We decided to go with Andy's Tree Service. The crew arrived promptly on the day he said. They laid sheets of plywood down to protect the patio. The work was done very professionally. They did an amazing job with the clean-up. Andy and his very capable crew arrived on time and did a superb job removing an enormous palm tree from my yard. It was a challenging job, but they were so professional and efficient, they made it look like a piece of cake. They were pleasant, courteous, and unobtrusive. This was a big and complicated job that Andy and his crew tackled! A huge oak had to be cut back which had years of growth hanging over a terracotta tile roof! The care and expertise taken to maneuver the large limbs and branches without any damage of tile was extraordinary! Andy’s crew worked diligently together with coordination and care! Yesterday three kind, skilled, hard working gentlemen removed four large liquid amber trees from my front yard. Also, the stumps were ground down with no damage to the sprinkler system. Have you ever heard of a tree artist? Andy has one and he made my overgrown pepper and Socorro trees look healthy and happy again. Super friendly, easy to work with, prompt scheduling, reasonable prices. They are very knowledgeable and i will have them back to do my backyard trees and maintain the trimmed ones in a heartbeat! Andy and his team were so professional and we couldn’t be happier! The Cyprus trees we had to remove were right next to our pool, and we were worried that it would be a nightmare to clean it up. Andy went above and beyond to find us a tarp that would cover it and make sure that we limited the debris in the pool. Most other estimates we got we were told we would have to drain it and clean it out after, but his team helped work around that!! ~ Arianna M

Andy’s is the best tree service around. We had an apricot tree-too close to the house and wedged in all sides. Guys took it down safely, removed the stump, cut up the wood to size for my wood stove and even stacked the wood! Andy’s also pruned my loquat tree. Great job there too.
